CROSSOVER 2026LIABILITY WAIVER AND RELEASE
This Liability Waiver and Release (“Release”) is executed by the undersigned participant (“Participant”) in favor of the Florida Baptist Convention (“FBC”) and Huddle Touch, Inc., including their directors, officers, employees, volunteers, affiliates, agents, sponsors, partners, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”), in connection with Participant’s involvement in Crossover 2026 athletic tournaments and related activities.
1. Eligibility Requirements
If Participant is a student and/or minor, Participant represents and warrants that:
· (a) Participant is eligible to participate in organized athletic competition;
· (b) Participant has not graduated from high school or its equivalent;
· (c) Participant is less than 19 years and 9 months of age;
· (d) Participant has obtained a pre-participation physical evaluation and has been certified as physically fit;
· (e) Participant is an amateur athlete;
· (f) Participant has provided truthful and accurate information.
2. Assumption of Risk
Participant acknowledges that participation in Crossover 2026 tournaments and activities involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, bodily injury, concussion, heat illness, permanent disability, paralysis, or death. Participant voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with participation, including travel to and from any event location.
3. Waiver of Liability and Release
In consideration for participation in Crossover 2026, Participant hereby releases, waives, and forever discharges the Released Parties from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liabilities of any kind arising out of or related to participation in any activity, including claims arising from negligence of the Released Parties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Participant further grants Florida Baptist Convention and Huddle Touch, Inc. the perpetual, royalty-free right to use Participant’s name, likeness, image, voice, and biographical information for promotional, ministry, marketing, and event-related purposes in any media now known or later developed, without compensation or prior approval.
4. Indemnification
Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from Participant’s conduct or the conduct of Participant’s guests or family members.
5. Insurance
Participant acknowledges responsibility for maintaining personal medical and accident insurance coverage with limits of not less than $25,000. Florida Baptist Convention and Huddle Touch, Inc. do not provide primary medical insurance coverage for participants.
6. Severability and Governing Law
If any portion of this Release is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. This Release shall be governed by applicable state and federal law.

I agree to honor Christ through my conduct and show respect toward coaches, officials, volunteers, teammates, opponents, and event staff.
